Description
Responsible for coordination of treatment for their assigned caseload.
Tasks
- Participate in treatment planning; attend or lead meetings as requested.
- Collaborate with school staff and community resources to support clients and families.
- Respond professionally to crisis or emergency situations as needed.
- Understand and work within the scope of each individual’s Treatment Plan.
- Participate in the MST program on-call system.
- Be available to families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor's degree in a human service related field with 3 years of experience working with children in a social service agency.
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology and eligible for licensure in area of clinical training preferred.
- Licensed professional preferred.
- Prior experience in a CASSP systems program preferred.
