Multisystemic Therapy Supervisor

Responsible for the day to day operations of Multisystemic Therapy Program of the agency.

• Behaves ethically in matters of confidentiality, informed consent, and privacy.
• Facilitate healthy group communication, team dynamics and work practices.
• Clearly communicate feedback to assist them to meet expectations.
• Support staff development through training, coaching, and mentoring opportunities.
• Resolve client issues while following the MST model and take ownership of service concerns.

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology.
• Prior experience as an MST Therapist is preferred.
• Eligibility for or Licensed professional preferred.
• Prior experience in a CASSP systems program preferred.
