Mobile Med RN Nurse Supervisor

Responsible for the overall operation of the Mobile Medication Teams in the geographies assigned.

• Ensuring the training compliance of employees and facilitating on-going on-the-job-training with all staff.
• Schedule staff and assign coverage to meet agency needs without unauthorized overtime.
• Meet with psychiatrists and outpatient staff to ensure consistency in mobile medication services.
• Review clinical documentation before billing and ensure billing is completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper medication administration and compliance with agency nursing policies.

• Current unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License.
• Three years nursing experience.
• One year psychiatric nursing experience serving seriously mentally ill adults strongly preferred
