Description
The Executive Director shall be responsible for the day to day operations of the Agency to which they are assigned including responsibility for all Agency programs, staff, and physicians. In addition they maintain responsibility for working directly with and under the Board of Directors of Agency implementing the Strategic plan.
Tasks
- Ensure safe, consumer centric, quality services are provided for all agency programs.
- Collaborate with executives and directors to achieve organizational goals and mission.
- Establish directions and strategic initiatives for clinical programs and services.
- Optimize financial resources of the company to meet strategic initiatives.
- Establish and monitor business and clinical metrics to ensure all staff and departments meet benchmarks.
Qualifications / Education
- Master’s degree in related field.
