Description
Responsible for the oversight and activities of the private school; providing leadership and supervision to all school personnel and other assigned personnel.
Tasks
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the department.
- Contact home school districts to discuss education transitions to the private school.
- Support students with motivation, reinforcement, assessment, and continuous feedback.
- Discuss academic and behavioral progress with students, parents, and school districts.
- Attend Interagency and IEP meetings as required.
Qualifications / Education
- Graduate of an approved 4-year college or university.
- Possess a Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification
- Prior experience required
