Description

Responsible for the general oversight of the individual admission and discharge of a client entering services. The IBHS Case Manager is a liaison between the agency and the families, schools, placing agencies, and other involved providers by performing the following duties.

Tasks

  • Participate in treatment planning and attend meetings when requested.
  • Attend administrative supervision with the IBHS Clinical Director.
  • Act as liaison between individuals, families, facility, agency, and community.
  • Enter important data into the EMR in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gather referral info and enter all required data into the EMR.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, public administration, business administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience preferred.
