Description

Responsible to perform secretarial duties including data entry and scheduling into the billing software.

Tasks

  • Composing and typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Answering phone calls and appropriately respond to caller and direct to appropriate personnel.
  • Greet consumers upon arrival and assist with check-in, confirming updates to address, phone, or insurance.
  • Conduct orientation and intake to obtain consents and required state documentation before the first appointment.
  • Gather screening information on new referrals and schedule or refer consumers to appropriate providers.

Qualifications / Education

  • High School Diploma or GED,
  • Associates degree in a business related field preferred
