Description
Reports directly to the VP / Operations and is responsible for the overall performance of all manufacturing operations. This position’s purpose is to provide leadership to all manufacturing processes, and to ensure that all company manufacturing goals are met.
Tasks
- Oversee all manufacturing departments.
- Ensure that production processes are as efficient as possible.
- Make sure that parts are produced on time and with excellent quality.
Qualifications / Education
- 5 years of related experience and/or training,
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Proven track record of managing production operations
- Strong communication, math, and reasoning abilities
