Clearfield Metal Technologies provides highly engineered custom sintered powder metal and MIM components and assemblies to a wide variety of industries.
Founded in 2011, Clearfield Metal Technologies is a veteran-owned, privately held company located in Clearfield Pennsylvania. Using sintered metal technology, Clearfield has quickly become recognized as a leading component supplier to various industries including Hydraulics, HVAC, Automotive, Firearms, and many more. Our personal, passionate, and unconventional team works tirelessly to provide the highest quality and most economical solutions for our customers' most demanding applications.

To partner with our customers to produce custom-engineered, quality parts - and to provide a great working culture for our most valuable asset - our people.
Services
- Compacting: Press tonnages ranging from 15 to 825 Ton, both in single and multi-action capabilities. This range enables us to produce very small to large, complex components with less post machining.
- Sintering: Sintering capabilities up to 24" belt width up to 2100 degrees. This enables us to sinter a wide range of materials from Brass and Bronze, up to various Stainless Steels. Capable of also achieving Rc 40+ on various high strength steel materials.
- Machining: With a variety of machining capabilities, including CNC Lathe and Mill operations, we can support most all of the necessary post process machining to achieve final net shape designs.
