Description

Manage company’s customer service and aftermarket sales activities in a professional and timely manner.

Tasks

  • Communicate with customers on aftermarket sales and service opportunities.
  • Manage and complete aftermarket sales and service proposals.
  • Process and manage the completion of aftermarket sales and service projects.
  • Coordinate field service schedules and activities.
  • Support field service planning and materials/equipment preparation
  • Support technical discussions and troubleshooting with engineering department to solve customer challenges.
  • Periodic local sales visits
  • Periodic local service visits
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned.

  • B.S. in related field or High School Diploma with 2+ years in related experience.
