Description
Manage company’s customer service and aftermarket sales activities in a professional and timely manner.
Tasks
- Communicate with customers on aftermarket sales and service opportunities.
- Manage and complete aftermarket sales and service proposals.
- Process and manage the completion of aftermarket sales and service projects.
- Coordinate field service schedules and activities.
- Support field service planning and materials/equipment preparation
- Support technical discussions and troubleshooting with engineering department to solve customer challenges.
- Periodic local sales visits
- Periodic local service visits
- Any other responsibilities as assigned.
