Description

Manage the company’s customer service and aftermarket sales activities in a professional and timely manner. The position also requires support to engineering for project manufacturing release and the timely completion of accurate equipment manuals.

Tasks

  • Communicate with customers on aftermarket sales and service opportunities.
  • Manage and complete aftermarket sales and service proposals.
  • Process and manage the completion of aftermarket sales and service projects.
  • Coordinate field service schedules and activities.
  • Work with engineering to complete new equipment manuals.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or division President.

Qualifications / Education

  • B.S. in related field or high school diploma with 2+ years in related experience.
