Description
Manage the company’s customer service and aftermarket sales activities in a professional and timely manner. The position also requires support to engineering for project manufacturing release and the timely completion of accurate equipment manuals.
Tasks
- Communicate with customers on aftermarket sales and service opportunities.
- Manage and complete aftermarket sales and service proposals.
- Process and manage the completion of aftermarket sales and service projects.
- Coordinate field service schedules and activities.
- Work with engineering to complete new equipment manuals.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or division President.
Qualifications / Education
- B.S. in related field or high school diploma with 2+ years in related experience.
