Description
Manage all Human Resource functions, supervise the Customer Service Representative team and accounting.
Tasks
- Supervise the CSR group and accounting.
- Manage all aspects of employee life cycle.
- Works closely with VP of sales, President, and the management team to strategize on business related matters.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field
- Excellent people skills and communication
- Supervisory experience
- Human Resource experience preferred
- Understanding of OSHA regulations
