Community Development Coordinator

To support regional community and economic recovery and resiliency planning activities throughout the six-county region as well as writing, submitting, and managing grant proposals and implementing projects consistent with the regional CEDS.  This position will focus on communities and small business development and require liaising between private entities, local governments, non-profits and state and federal agencies.

Transportation and Municipal Support Coordinator

The Transportation and Municipal Support Coordinator is responsible for working on, safety, and active transportation planning while also effectively assisting local municipalities by offering comprehensive support in multimodal grant writing, addressing road-related concerns, and providing essential guidance for business operations, particularly in the context of Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP). This role aims to enhance the operational efficiency of local governments, promote safe and efficient road infrastructure, and facilitate seamless business operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

ARC/EDA Programs Director

To manage the ARC/EDA programs; provide support, guidance, and technical assistance to interested parties seeking state or federal grants and to promote community and economic development by implementing comprehensive economic development strategy activities throughout the region.

Director of Community Development & Regional Planning

The Community Development Coordinator is responsible for providing additional regional capacity, technical assistance, administration towards the delivery of programs, grant writing services and the planning, development and implementation of the organization’s marketing, communications, and public relations activities.
