Personal Care career pathway

Maintain the overall operation of the Residential Care Center - residents, family members, volunteers, staff and the liaison with all other level of supervisors. Responsible for all direct care, ADLs, IADLs, medication administration, housekeeping, dietary, transportation, laundry duties, appointment scheduling and activities for all residents. Oversee the overall function of The Residential Care Center in the absence of the Administrator. Make all appropriate contacts as necessary. Maintain a safe, clean, attractive, home-like environment for residents, families and staff at the Residential Care Center. Strive to keep buildings, properties, equipment and vehicles owned and operated by the company clean, odor free and in good repair inside and out.
