Wash and dry facility’s linens in a sanitary and efficient manner following standard laundry procedures.Wash and dry residents’ personal laundry, detect and give special attention to stains. Separate torn and permanently stained garments for disposal.

Maintain the overall cleanliness of assigned areas.

Use and maintain the necessary equipment to provide for the upkeep and care of the facility and grounds. Delivers packages and materials, transport equipment and tools throughout the building, set up equipment, tables and chairs as needed per instruction, and maintain building security at all times.

Responsible for a clean, safe and aesthetically pleasant environment through management of employees.

Responsible for ensuring both Bradford Ecumenical Home and Chapel Ridge are maintained to ensure a safe, operational environment and oversee all Maintenance personnel and the Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor.
