Adult Education Instructor

Responsible for delivering instruction that enhances job readiness and educational outcomes aligned with participant goals and organizational standards. This role involves assessing and testing participants, setting educational and vocational goals, and providing career counseling and follow-up support. The instructor maintains accurate documentation and data entry, collaborates with facilitators and case managers, and actively recruits and retains participants and volunteers. Additional responsibilities include conducting outreach, addressing participant support needs, completing professional development, attending trainings, and contributing to risk management efforts. Travel is required.

Adult Education Supervisor

Oversees the planning, implementation, and management of adult education programs to ensure compliance with organizational policies and contractual requirements. This role involves preparing and reviewing proposals, budgets, and reports; managing participant assessments, goal setting, and career counseling; and developing instructional programs that enhance job readiness and educational outcomes. The supervisor is responsible for recruiting volunteers and participants, conducting outreach, and maintaining accurate documentation and information systems. Additional responsibilities include staff management, professional development, and risk mitigation.
