Description
Responsible for assisting the Licensed Psychologist and Program Director in the management of the Waiver home and the supervision of the individuals within that house.
Tasks
- Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner Direct supervision and management of the daily functions of the department. Reviewing designated individual programs as written and revising them as needed in a timely manner under the direction of the Operations Manager/QIDP or Special Programs Manager.
- Supervision of the individuals.
- Reviewing designated individual program data sheets and submitting weekly data review in a timely manner and other departmental data as assigned.
Qualifications / Education
- High school graduate or the equivalent. Preference is given to college trained individual with background in child development, psychology, education or a related field.
