Team Leader

Responsible for assisting the Program Specialist in the management of the waiver home and the supervision of the individuals within that house.

• Reviewing designated individual programs as written and revising them as needed in a timely manner under the direction of the Program Specialist or Treatment Director.
• Supervision of the individuals.
• Passing medications to individuals in all cottages as scheduled.Reviewing designated individual program data sheets and submitting monthly data review in a timely manner, and other departmental data as requested.
• Ensuring that needed clothing (as determined from clothing inventory) is purchased in a timely manner. Training staff and individuals on fire safety procedures in a thorough and timely manner.

• High school graduate or the equivalent but preference is given to college trained individual with background in child development, psychology, education or a related field.
