Executive Director: Beacon Light Adult Residential Services

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Agency to which they are assigned including responsibility for all Agency programs, clinical staff, and physicians, if locally employed. In addition they maintain responsibility for working directly with and under the Board of Directors of Agency implementing the Strategic plan.

• Duties the employee performs that have a major impact on the delivery of services to our clientele Ensure safe, consumer centric, quality services are provided for all agency programs. Collaborate with other Executives and Directors in the affiliated companies to accomplish organizational goals, objectives, and mission Establish directions and strategic initiatives for clinical programs and services. Optimize financial resources of the company to meet strategic initiatives.

• Master’s Degree in related field.
