Director of Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Treatment

Responsible for the day to day operations of the residential and Adult Day Services components of the agency by performing the following duties

• Securing educational/day placement for individuals as appropriate.
• Establishing/Coordinating discharge plans for the individuals and reviewing them at least quarterly.
• Providing/Coordinating follow-up services for discharged individuals.
• Observing, supervising and training the implementation of individual program plans.
• Writing all treatment plans for the individuals on their caseloads, including behavioral plans with consultation from the direct care staff and psychologist.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university is required. Two (2) years' work experience working directly with persons with disabilities is required.
