Direct Support Professional

Provides supervision and guidance for the individuals who reside within the program by performing the following duties.

• Reporting to work in a timely manner when scheduled.
• Supervision of the individuals Utilizing Positive Behavior Supports
• Scheduling, attending, and completing required annual training.
• Knowing medication that the clients are taking, any possible side effects and times meds are administered.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Prior experience working in the behavioral health field preferred. Associates or bachelor’s degree in a human service related field preferred.
