Description
Provides supervision and guidance for the individuals who reside within the program.
Tasks
- Direct supervision and management of the daily functions of the department. Actively participates in supervision of the individuals which includes:
- Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner as prescribed by the unit/program supervisor.
- Fulfilling the duties of Night Watch when scheduled to do so.
- Participating in Community Meetings.
Qualifications / Education
- High school diploma and experience in the CSRU program. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree and 1 year of experience at CSRU is preferred but not required. Prior experience working in the behavioral health field strongly preferred.
