Description

Responsible for assisting the management department in all areas needed.

Tasks

  • Oversee patient appointments and follow-up care, ensuring that patients receive timely and accurate services.
  • Schedule and manage shifts for administrative staff, healthcare providers, and technicians, ensuring coverage.
  • Ensure that the healthcare facility adheres to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Oversee the billing department, ensuring timely submission of claims and resolution of discrepancies.

Qualifications / Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to assist in the implementation and development of activities;
  • Ability to create interest in the activities and motivate residents to participate
  • Creativity and motivational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively; Frequent bending, lifting, stretching
  • Previous experience in assisting with business office duties or related field
