Outpatient Senior Director

Responsible for the management and integration of the programs within the Treatment Division which include: Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), the Erie, Forensic and Meadville mental health outpatient clinics and Prison programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: supervision and mentoring of program directors and supervisors; monitoring internal systems to ensure continuity of care, clinical cohesion and collaboration, communication and information sharing, implementation of best practices, and overall quality of care. The incumbent collaborates regularly with the Administrative Director of Rehabilitation Services and Administrative Director of Residential Services and Executive Leadership Teams.

• Leads staff and operations aligned with mission, vision, strategic initiatives, and budgets.
• Recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff; promotes professional development opportunities.
• Creates and revises programs; implements innovative ideas and seeks program improvement.
• Manages budgets; monitors service projections and addresses budgetary concerns proactively.
• Monitors productivity; devises solutions for challenges to ensure program effectiveness.
• Participates in teams and committees; collaborates on strategic solutions and problem-solving.
• Demonstrates creativity in developing new programs and organizational strategic initiatives.

• Master's degree in a social service field with at least 5 years of experience working in the mental health system
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
