Description

Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. They act as team leaders, managing resources, mitigating risks, and acting as the primary communicator between stakeholders and the team. 

Tasks

Construction budgeting, materials, methods, estimating, industry design standards & codes, Microsoft Excel, Word, scheduling applications, computer skills and understanding of current technology, willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites, ability to effectively handle Kessel crews, subcontractors and suppliers, ability to track project progress and profit. History of safe successful, timely project completion, ability to manage multiple projects along with Project Management software/applications. 
 

Qualifications / Education

Minimum 3 years’ experience
