Therapist

Assess and treat individuals and families with mental health disorders, to maximize functioning in the community. Activities may include individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, client advocacy, prevention, and education.

• Models and fosters an organizational culture of respect, cooperation, and service excellence.
• Provides therapeutic interventions for consumers and families to assist them in overcoming mental health challenges, adjusting to life and/or making changes. Develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on consumer's needs, using clinical experience and knowledge.
• Monitors, evaluates and documents client progress with respect to therapeutic goals. Collaborates with internal and external resources for continuity of consumer care.

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field preferred Licensure preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
• Valid driver's license
