OP Admin Supervisor

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the 3 Outpatient clinics. These programs are located throughout the agency's primary service region (3 counties). The Outpatient Clinical Director supervises outpatient clinical staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards as well as clinical best practices.

• Models and fosters an organizational culture of respect, cooperation, and service excellence.
• Provides clinical leadership for Outpatient and other programs as needed.
• Provides operational leadership for the Outpatient program.
• Monitors regulatory landscape to be up to date on any legislative or regulation changes which impact the program, or industry in general.
• Prepares and leads the annual OMHSAS licensing inspection for Outpatient.

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• 5 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• Current license to practice as LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Ph.D or Psy.D. in the Commonwealth of PA Valid driver's license
