Mobile Therapist

This is an advanced mental health professional position. The Mental Health Professional provides direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families following family systems theory, social ecological theory, behavioral therapies theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy theory, etc. Working in a team along with two Behavioral Health Workers, the Mental Health Professional is the senior team leader and provides training and support to the Behavioral Health Workers.

• Modeling and fostering an organizational culture of respect, cooperation, and service excellence.
• Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner as prescribed by the clinical director.
• Preparing Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans and reviews, and making recommendations with regard to treatment planning with clients and their families.
• Ensuring that agency stipulated productivity levels are obtained on a weekly basis.
• Completing MA/Managed Care pre-certification and continued care requests in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.

• Master's prepared, Licensed in Social work, Counseling, Psychology or Nursing
• Management experience required, plus two years' experience in a CASSP systems program; or,
• Licensed registered nurse with five years of experience, including two in CASSP system program plus certification by the American Nurses credentialing center (ANCC) or American academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP)
• Certification as a National Board Certified counselor is also acceptable
