Psych Rehab Manager

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Ridgway Psych Rehab program including supervision of employees, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards. This position is also responsible for the consistency and quality of care provided in the program across all counties served.

• Monitors financial performance of program; actively seeks referrals to ensure a consistent census is maintained.
• Collects program data to maintain organizational maps and program dashboards, tracks program trends.
• Works collaboratively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders such as: other mental health providers, case managers, probation officers, etc.
• Market the program to the community using educational presentations, brochures, etc.
• Participates in agency supervisor meetings, committees, and required training opportunities.

• A PR director shall have one of the following: A bachelor's degree and CPRP certification. A bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' work experience in mental health direct service, 2 years of which must be work experience in PR. CPRP certification shall be attained within 2 years of hire as a PR director. An associate of arts degree and CPRP certification if employed as the PR director of a licensed PR facility for at least 6 months immediately prior to May 11, 2013. 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. CPRP certification is preferred. Valid driver's license.
