Description
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the following programs: Parents as Teachers (PAT), Triple P-Group, and the Children's Center. These programs provide educational services to families with children. The Program Director supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards.
Tasks
- Models and fosters an organizational culture of respect, cooperation, and service excellence.
- Monitors financial performance of program; actively seeks referrals to ensure a consistent census is maintained.
- Collects program data to maintain organizational maps and program dashboards; tracks program trends.
- Monitors regulatory landscape to be up to date on any legislative or regulation changes which impact the program, or industry in general.
- Following agency procedures and with appropriate agency guidance, manages staffing activities for program personnel: hiring, onboarding, training, core-competencies self-assessment work assignment, monthly two hours individual supervision, performance evaluations, professional development hours, renew required certifications annually, disciplinary issues, terminations, etc.
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related Human Service field
- 5 years of experience working with families
