Description
Responsible for the day to day operations for a specific caseload of the Drop-In Center and Decision Support Center. The Drop-In-Center program provides a safe and social environment for adults with Mental Health Diagnosis and individuals who are Intellectual developmentally disabled, in Elk and Cameron Counties. Is responsible for coordinating monthly Decision Support Center (DSC) leadership meetings, collect data, and monitors the day to day operation of the DSC and staff. Tracks monthly statistics and Personal Medicine/Power Statement Fidelity.
Tasks
- Models and fosters an organizational culture of respect, cooperation, and service excellence.
- Understands, implements, and follows all C.O.P.E Drop-In-center, DSC regulations and program requirements. Monitors regulatory landscape to be up to date on any legislative or regulation changes which impact the program, or industry in general.
- Works collaboratively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders such as: other mental health providers, county personnel, resource organizations, etc.
- Under direction of Program Director and following agency procedures and guidance, manages staffing activities for program personnel: hiring, onboarding, training, work assignment, supervision, performance evaluations, disciplinary issues, terminations, etc
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor's degree and two years of mental health direct care experience; or, High school diploma or general equivalency degree and four years of mental health direct care experience
