Director of MHS

Assesses and treats individuals in the Ridgway Area School District, Johnsonburg Area School District, with mental health disorders, to maximize functioning in the school, home and community. Activities may include individual, family, and group therapy, case management, client advocacy, prevention, and education.

• Models and fosters an organizational culture of respect, cooperation, and service excellence
• Provides clinical leadership for Outpatient and other programs as needed.
• Provides operational leadership for the Outpatient program
• Monitors regulatory landscape to be up to date on any legislative or regulation changes which impact the program, or industry in general
• Prepares and leads the annual OMHSAS licensing inspection for Outpatient.

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling is preferred. OR Master's degree in closely aligned field with 5 years of clinical experience
• 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is preferred Valid driver's license
