IDD Supervisor

Responsible for the supervision of the respective residential setting, the individuals within that house, and the employees.

• Models and fosters an organizational culture of respect, cooperation, and service excellence.
• The general care and appearance of the program and agency equipment, including vehicles. Ensuring the environment is safe for the individuals and employees and the agency Compliance Plan are being followed in the program.
• Treating subordinates with courtesy and respect using good principles of management.
• Where applicable, maintaining records of individual allowance money, recreation money, program expense statements, etc.
• Where applicable, ensuring those client activities are creative and meet the needs of the individuals.

• High School Diploma or equivalency is required
• Prior experience working with persons with mental or physical disabilities is preferred
