Residential Staff Mentor

Responsible for assisting the Program Specialist in the management of the waiver home and the supervision of the individuals within that house.

• Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner
• Reviewing designated individual programs as written and revising them as needed in a timely manner under the direction of the Program Specialist or Treatment Director.
• Supervision of the individuals
• Passing medications to individuals in all cottages as scheduled.
• Reviewing designated individual program data sheets and submitting monthly data review in a timely manner, and other departmental data as requested.

• The Waiver Program Shift Manager must be a high school graduate or the equivalent but preference is given to college trained individuals with background in child development, psychology, education or a related field.
