IDD Director

Responsible for the day to day operations of the residential and Adult Day Services components of the agency by performing the following duties.

• Documentation of important information and data in a timely and professional manner
• Direct supervision and management of the daily functions of the department.
• Managing an assigned caseload, to ensure that individual clients have access to the appropriate services, as their needs change, in an integrated and coordinated way.
• Ensuring that Master Treatment Plans and Reviews are completed in a timely manner.
• Assisting the Director of Residential Services in formulating the budget for the next fiscal year.

• Master's degree in counseling or related field required
• Must have at least 2 years experience in a supervisory position within the field
