Tasks
Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and define strategies to reach them. Oversee the creation, launch, and monitoring of marketing content and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Allocate marketing budgets effectively across different channels and track ROI to ensure optimal spending. Protect and enhance the company's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Track key marketing metrics, measure content and campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with sales and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Present marketing plans and results to senior management, providing clear insights and recommendations. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with CMS platforms. Familiarity with marketing automation tools. Basic knowledge of graphic design software. Eperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Qualifications / Education
Bachelorās degree in marketing, business administration or related field
