Description

Lead and manage the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and aligning IT strategies with business goals, while also managing a team and overseeing projects

Tasks

Assess current IT needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop long-term technology strategies aligned with business objectives. Create and manage the IT budget, including cost analysis, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation. Recruit, manage, and develop a team of IT professionals, including network administrators, system analysts, and help desk staff. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems, including upgrades and updates. Implement and maintain robust network security measures to protect data from unauthorized access and cyber threats. Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system outages. Respond to and troubleshoot IT issues, including network problems, software malfunctions, and user support requests. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and data privacy standards. Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness. Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization to improve efficiency and reliability. 

Qualifications / Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT or computer science. CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Networking Fundamentals.
