Description
Coordinate and facilitate the contact between customers, sales reps., and manufacturing personnel in order to fulfill customer needs
Tasks
Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy. Ensuring pricing, lead times, revision levels are correct and convey any errors to appropriate personnel. Review customer portals for forecast, schedules and new purchase orders. Participates in Daily Manufacturing and Material review board meetings. Assists sales team with Temporary deviations, lead times, processing questions. Assist customers with all matters. This position is usually the first stop for our customers. Assists production personnel with production related issues as needed. Participates in yearly plant wide Inventory. Participates in Gate reviews (New product launch). Submits standards changes when corrections are needed to processing rates, steps etc. Takes on other tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications / Education
High School Diploma. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
