Production Manager

Coordinate resources, both human and material, to insure a quality product is delivered on a timely basis in a productive and efficient manner.

Ensure that the planned key performance indicators or efficiency and performance are met or exceeded. Implement and drive continuous improvements. Liaison among different departments (i.e. suppliers, managers). Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization. Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals. Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business objectives. Supervising and motivating a team of workers
Reviewing the performance of subordinates. Develop and track improvement in the reduction of planned labor hours. Coordinate, setup and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations. Make sure that all products are produced on-time and are of good quality. Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals. Working out the human and material resources needed. Ensure that the prescribed preventative maintenance are completed timely. Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS and 5S processes. Track the competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives. Direction of personnel for daily needs. . Work with quality in solving problems and planning for new projects. Follow established procedures and approval processes. Enforcement of safety and environmental policies

B.S. in technical field or 5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing supervision. Thorough understanding of the pm industry. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.  Supervisory and leadership training.
