Description
Organize and assist in maintenance and repair of grounds, buildings and equipment
Tasks
Develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with organizational goals, including preventive maintenance programs. Supervise and train maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement and maintenance contracts. Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and work orders.

Qualifications / Education
High School Diploma. Valid driver's license. Fork lift certified. Technical training (mechanical, electrical). Supervisory experience
