Description

Manages and maintains the Quality Management System ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies, while supporting audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Tasks

Completely understands procedures for format organization and interrelationships of policy and procedure documentation and work instructions. 
Monitor existing and new documentation to the established formats of all quality system documentation.  
Maintain Master lists of current revision levels of the following documentation (Policy documentation, procedure documentation, work instructions, customer part prints, factory order information, internal material specifications and external customer specifications of raw materials, oils and secondary finishes. 
Establish and maintain centralized document control center and centralized obsolete quality record area to provide purged record retention storage. 
Conduct internal auditing of system.

Qualifications / Education

High School Diploma. Quality theory (SPC) training, Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills.
