Description
Ensure products and processes meet quality standards by inspecting, testing and analyzing data to identify and address issues
Tasks
Investigate causes of discrepant material identified in the process.
Consistently maintain accurate and detailed information of non-conforming material and the discrepant material reports.
Take corrective and preventative actions (establish root cause of non-conformance, provide interim and long term corrective action and establish quantitative measures, audit length and track effectiveness of corrective actions).

Qualifications / Education
High School Diploma. Blueprint reading and SPC training. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of Automotive standards (ISO 9001, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA) and quality theory (SPC).
