Description

Provide support to the Loan & Accounting Departments including coordinating and attending loan closings, servicing of the loan portfolio,  performing fiscal duties that are associated with the Loan Program, and accounts receivable  management.

Tasks

  • Maintain paper and electronic loan client files in an organized and confidential manner.
  • Monitor compliance with loan covenants, including employment, insurance, and financial updates.
  • Manage UCC filings and mortgages; initiate continuations, terminations, and mortgage satisfactions.
  • Maintain and update the loan client portfolio management system accurately.
  • Coordinate loan closings: prepare documents, schedule, disburse funds, and attend closings.
  • Assist in collecting delinquent loan accounts via written and phone communications.
  • Prepare and submit funding source reports quarterly, semi-annually, or annually; generate data as needed.

Qualifications / Education

Education – High School diploma or Associate Degree in accounting, business, or public administration, preferred. 
Experience – 1-3 years of related administrative experience.
