Description
To provide installation, technical support, maintenance and training to Broadband business and home customers. This includes monitoring of WAN systems. Work with the six counties to do a Vertical Asset and Broadband speed test map.
Tasks
- Provide Broadband technical support to businesses.
- Provide Broadband training to the business community.
- Maintain NCP website.
- Maintain NCP Wan documentation.
- Perform router, switch and wireless equipment maintenance.
- Helpdesk support for North Central staff and customers.
- Configure hardware and software applications, including wireless and wired networking.
Qualifications / Education
Education – 2-year degree in Computer Science/Maintenance, preferred
Experience – 3-years of practical experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Google Earth, ESRI Mapping, Configuring routers, and network switches.
