Description
To provide technical assistance to the sizing department, manage the department workflow and supervise sizing personnel
Tasks
Review weekly production schedule.
Asssign workload to personnel on all shifts.
Requisition of supplies, tooling or equipment maintenance.
Review work-in-process reports and trace variances from standards.
Supervise, train and evaluate sizing personnel int he job functions.

Qualifications / Education
High School diploma. Forklift certified. Blueprint reading and SPC training. Supervisory Training
