Description
Efficient and timely set-up of sizing presses
Tasks
Assure tools are correct and free from cracks and chips for the next set-up.
Assure paperwork is available and documented.
Tear out previous tooling from specified sizing press after production run is complete and return to tool room.
Clean excess solvent, oil or grease from press.
Set-up tooling for next production run and assure all safegaurding is properly in place.
After set-up, run several pieces to warm up the die, then check wights, size and visual appearance and document measurements.
Perform required adjustments during production run.
Assure your area is clean and tools are replaced at end of set-up.

Qualifications / Education
High School diploma. Forklift certified. Blueprint reading and SPC training.
