To provide technical assistance to the sintering department, manage the department workflow and supervise sintering personnel

Review weekly production schedule.
Assign workload to personnel on all shifts.
Requisition of supplies, tooling or equipment maintenance. Review work-in-process reports and trace variances from standards.
Supervise, train and evaluate sintering personnel in their job functions.

Qualifications / Education
High School diploma. Forklift certified. Blueprint reading and SPC training. Supervisory training
