Description

Provides clinical and operational oversight of all mental health and prevention programs, and collaborates with stakeholders including schools, Intermediate Unit, county staff, and other service providers. This is a senior level, professional position that serves on the Leadership Team. The Mental Health Operations Director supervises agency Program Directors / Supervisors across multiple counties, and ensures that all programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, certifications, and licensing requirements. He / she works with Program Directors / Supervisors to ensure the highest level of quality and ethical care to produce sustainable program outcomes.

Tasks

  • Provide clinical and operational leadership, directly supervising MH and Prevention Directors.
  • Evaluate and help develop program standards using best practices and quality data.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of all DCI policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Assist Directors/Supervisors in setting and monitoring program goals and objectives.

Qualifications / Education

  • Master's Degree with major coursework in human services and/or business preferred.
  • 5 years supervisory experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with mental health and/or IDD consumers.
  • Valid driver's license.
