Psych Rehab Manager

Description

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Ridgway Psych Rehab program including supervision of employees, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards. This position is also responsible for the consistency and quality of care provided in the program across all counties served.

Tasks

  • Monitors program finances; seeks referrals to keep a consistent census.
  • Collects data for organizational maps, dashboards, and tracks trends.
  • Collaborates with mental health providers, case managers, probation officers, etc.
  • Markets the program through presentations, brochures, and community outreach.
  • Participates in supervisor meetings, committees, and required trainings.

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor's degree and CPRP certification.
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' work experience in mental health direct service with 2 years of which must be work experience in PR.
  • Associate of arts degree and CPRP certification.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • CPRP certification is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
