Description

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Crossroads program. The Crossroads program provides mental health day treatment to children and adolescents who experience moderate to severe emotional and behavioral symptoms due to a mental health disorder. The Program Supervisor supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards. The Program Supervisor also delivers group, individual and family therapy to children and adolescents and their families.

Tasks

  • Monitors financial performance; actively seeks referrals to maintain a consistent census.
  • Collects program data to maintain maps, dashboards, and track program trends.
  • Monitors regulatory landscape for legislative or regulatory changes impacting the program.
  • Maintains compliance with all OMHSAS PHP regulations.
  • Manages staffing activities with agency guidance: hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, etc.

Qualifications / Education

  • Master's in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or closely aligned field.
  • Registered Nurse three years working within a children's service program and 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
